Our Lincoln dealer serving Newark DE has some exciting news: the Lincoln Motor Company is taking personalized client services and experience to the next level with the introduction of The Lincoln Way. This multi-faceted initiative has been put in place to offer individualized client care and attention as well as to save our clients’ time.
“Lincoln vehicles are designed and engineered to create a seamless, effortless, engaging experience for the client. The Lincoln Way complements that through outstanding client services,” said Kumar Galhotra, president of The Lincoln Motor Company.
Included in the suite of enhanced client experiences associated with The Lincoln Way is valet pickup and delivery services, which will be put in place with the release of the all-new 2017 Lincoln Continental this Fall. With this service, Lincoln owners will be able to request a valet to take their car in for regularly scheduled maintenance procedures and leave them with a loaner vehicle while it’s being worked on. Their vehicle will be returned in the same manner.
The Lincoln Way is just one of the ways that Lincoln is building a better ownership experience for its customers. The Lincoln Black Label initiative offers Lincoln shoppers near Newark DE personalized shopping experiences with dedicated personnel in the showroom, online, or in locations that are more convenient for the client. In addition, special privileges accompany the designation, including premium service coverage and discounts at high end restaurants.
These initiatives are just the beginning. As Lincoln continues to develop its brand of customer-oriented service, we’re likely to see a mobile phone application that provides clients with even easier access to the suite of services offered by The Lincoln Way and Lincoln Black Label, in addition to new services like parking solutions. No matter what Lincoln vehicle clients have from our portfolio, they have the peace of mind of getting that vehicle to and from service at a location of their choice, with a complimentary Lincoln loaner in order to maintain their busy schedules,” said Frick.
This pickup and delivery service precedes the return of the brand’s flagship luxury model, the 2017 Lincoln Continental, to our Newark DE area Lincoln dealer. He played a strip club owner in Magic Mike, a mysterious hermit in Mud, the beer-swiggin’, high-school-girl-chasin’ David Wooderson in Dazed and Confused, and now he is the face of Lincoln’s brand new advertising campaign for the 2017 Lincoln MKZ. This campaign, titled “It’s like that” , aims to convey the exhilaration and visceral feeling one gets from driving this new luxury vehicle by juxtaposing clips of Matthew McConaughey in exciting situations with the MKZ tearing up the streets. The new ads began airing both on TV and digitally in the U.S. and Canada on May 16.
In another, titled “Midnight” , McConaughey walks through a sleek, modern home at night, out to the back patio where an infinity pool overlooks a vast cityscape. He pauses for a moment and turns his back to the pool. The commercial flashes to a quick clip of the MKZ driving through a tunnel. He smiles, and then jumps backwards, fully dressed, into the pool. When his body breaks the water’s surface, the commercial switches gears. The MKZ is driving through the rain. In the cockpit, McConaughey looks content, relaxed, and dry. The MKZ drives off into the night, and the words “It’s like that” are displayed across the screen.
